São Paulo FC is considering selling the 20% economic rights of William Gomes to FC Porto. According to UOL, FC Porto may accept a proposal between 60 and 70 million euros for William Gomes. This would allow São Paulo FC to earn between 12 and 14 million euros, in addition to the value received through the solidarity mechanism. FC Porto has not yet opened this possibility, but is considering negotiating with São Paulo FC the purchase of the 20% of William's pass. The player has been one of the standout names in the market, being pointed out repeatedly to clubs like Arsenal, Manchester United and Atlético Madrid. However, it is known that the player is not in balance, as he is seen by Francesco Farioli and the rest of the Porto football structure as a bet for 2026/27, so any eventual exit in this summer market will only happen at high values.
