São Paulo FC is seeking investors to transform the club into a Società Anonima del Calcio (SAF). President Harry Massis Jr. met with entrepreneur Diego Fernandes to discuss the possibility of seeking investors. The meeting took place at the Morumbis stadium and included a phone call from Lapo Elkann, heir to Ferrari and member of Juventus' SAF. During the meeting, ideas for the future of the Tricolor Paulista were discussed and a study on the model's format was prepared, to be presented in September. Lapo Elkann, heir to Ferrari, joked that if it works out, he would become a São Paulo FC fan. São Paulo FC is a Brazilian football club that competes in the Série A of the Campeonato Brasileiro.
